Expertise

Evaluation & Consulting: External evaluation and educational consulting services for K-12 schools, community colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.

Experience: Dr. Hackler possesses extensive experience facilitating external evaluations for both federal and foundation grants. Her expertise specifically encompasses for K-12 schools, community colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.

Career: Dr. Hackler has worked as an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, and as an Adjunct Professor at two regional community colleges (San Jacinto College and College of the Mainland). As well, Dr. Hackler has worked within the federal government as a contractor leading various STEM initiatives to promote retention within high-tech degree fields. In addition. she has also served on Michael Jordan's foundation, "Jordan Fundamentals," as a grant reviewer. Dr. Hackler possesses more than 15 years of experience in higher education, as an administrator, and as an educator.

Dr. Hackler: Dr. Hackler holds a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Alabama. She also holds a master's degree in public administration and bachelor's degree in political science from Texas Tech University. Dr. Hackler is a graduate of Harvard University's Management Development Program.
